Just a note to say what a difference your staff must make to your business. We have used your shops over the last few years, while I have thought of complaining of bad service of staff and haven't bothered, I thought I should write and let you know about good staff. What a credit to your business Russell is. Even though we live in Ivybridge we used to use Totnes, mainly due to his friendly cheerful and helpful nature. Since he's moved to Ivybridge we mainly use this shop now, also friends of ours who use the shop say how knowledgeable and helpful he is and what a difference it makes. You normally only find people like Russell, who put this much effort into their work, running their own business - not working for somebody else."
