How to obtain re-usable household items at low cost

There are projects covering most areas of Devon where you can obtain secondhand re-usable household items. Most projects are open to the general public and some, such as DFF's ReFurnish shops give a generous discount to people who can demonstrate that they are on any form of benefit or state pension.
